To Help You Relax in Style

We want your stay at Eagleside Apartments to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible - for you and for future guests. To help maintain the high standards of our apartments and ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below during your stay.

  • No pets – to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment.

  • No smoking – strictly non-smoking apartments, including balconies.

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

  • No parties or events – our apartments are intended for relaxing stays.

  • Respect the neighbours – quiet hours are encouraged between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

  • Respect the Space - Please treat the apartment with care during your stay. Excessive mess, damage or removal of items may incur additional charges.

 

Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs only. Unfortunately, there is no lift or step-free access and the property may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request and subject to availability.

  • Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. This helps us maintain a clean, allergen-free environment for all our guests.

  • No, this is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments or on balconies. A deep-cleaning fee will apply for any breach of this policy.

  • Yes, each apartment comes with private on-site parking for one vehicle. Additional parking may be available upon request.

  • Although Eagleside Apartments is located within the grounds of the Gleneagles Hotel estate, we are a completely independent and privately owned accommodation with no direct affiliation or partnership with the hotel.

    As such, we are unable to make bookings or reservations on your behalf for any Gleneagles facilities.

    That said, Gleneagles Hotel is open to the public and you do not need to be a resident or hotel guest to enjoy what it has to offer. Guests are welcome to make their own reservations directly with the hotel for services such as dining, spa treatments, golf and other experiences, all of which are subject to availability and the hotel’s own booking policies.

    We’re always happy to point you in the right direction - but all arrangements must be made with Gleneagles directly.

  • Absolutely! Each apartment sleeps up to six guests, and the setting is perfect for families. There are also many child-friendly activities both within the Gleneagles estate and the surrounding area.

  • Yes! We’re happy to help you celebrate special moments. Simply let us know in advance and we can arrange champagne, local hampers or other luxury extras (charges apply).

  • We generally require a two-night minimum stay, though this may vary during peak times. Please check our booking page for up-to-date availability.

  • For longer stays, we offer a mid-stay clean on request. A full clean is carried out before arrival and after departure as standard.

  • The apartment is located on an upper floor and is accessed via stairs only. There is no lift or step-free access, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.
